Glamorgan Cricket announces Samurai as New Official Kit Supplier

Glamorgan Cricket and Samurai International Sportswear Limited have announced a new deal which will see the international sports wear brand supply the Welsh County side with first team kit and training apparel from the beginning of the 2010 season.
Samurai have secured a three year deal with the club, which will include kit for Glamorgan Cricket’s Liverpool Victoria County Championship, new 40-over League and Twenty20 Cup competitions, following a keenly fought tender process.
The new kit will be revealed prior to the start of the season next April and will be worn by the likes of Jamie Dalrymple and James Harris, who have both recently represented the England Lions. The Club has confirmed that there will be two styles of kit for the 2010 season, one for the London Victoria County Championship and one for the one-day fixtures.
Samurai Finance Director and keen cricketer Neil Bridgstock commented;
"We are thrilled that Samurai will be the official kit supplier for Glamorgan Cricket in 2010. The Welsh county represent cricket for both Glamorgan and the whole of Wales and Samurai are one of the leading names in the sportswear industry – and this partnership will undoubtedly benefit both parties."
